On Monday, October 2nd 2017, Bluewolf, an IBM company, released the 2018 State of Salesforce. The report provides a look inside how some of the world’s most successful companies capitalise on the power of Salesforce and get the very most out of the technology. Alongside 140,000 data points from 1800 customers, the report also highlights the AppExchange Customer Choice award winners.

To determine the award winners, Bluewolf asked over 1700 Salesforce customers to name their top AppExchange partners, and concluded the “top two ranking solutions represent the speed and ease that comes with digital: progressing past paper-pushing and toward seamless, automated experiences for employees and customers alike.”
