The latest DocuSign Summer ‘17 Release is here and guess what? It’s packed with feature requests we received directly from you, our customers. With every release, we continue to invest in providing exceptional user experience and being responsive to our customers and partners.
So let’s dive right into the ones I think will be of immediate interest to our many customers and partners here in Australia.
Providing Exceptional User Experience
A recent DocuSign survey of small businesses found nearly two-thirds of bills require a time-consuming manual process. We launched Payments earlier this year so businesses can collect payments instantly with their signed agreements and increase their cash flow. With this release, customers are now able to access Payments using our API in the US, UK, Australia and Canada.
You can now include payments functionality when you’re sending your documents for signature and payment from your integrations as well as through the DocuSign Web interface.
Organisations often require multiple DocuSign accounts, but when you’re tasked with handling them, the time and challenges add up.
We’re excited to introduce Organisation Administration, a new infrastructure that empowers admins to better control and manage all their accounts and users in a single location.
Additional powerful functionality will be rolled out in the upcoming quarters, but with this initial release, you’ll be able to keep your information secure with domain-level user administration, effortlessly manage users and permissions, and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) without assistance, saving you significant time and trouble, while gaining further visibility and control.
Here’s how it works:
• You can now easily manage all the accounts associated with your organisation in one place
• Create and directly manage users from the organisation without needing to manage users from each account separately
• Assign and modify account access and permissions for a user from the user profile card
• Gain visibility of all paid and freemium accounts that were created using your organisation’s email domain(s)
• Manage your organisation’s administrative team more effectively
Organisational Administration is available as part of the DocuSign Advanced Administration option for customers on Enterprise Pro or Advanced Solutions plans.

DocuSign for Google
For all of you G Suite users, with DocuSign’s DocuSign for Google Summer Release updates, you can send and sign directly from Google Drive and store completed documents in a Google Drive folder of your choice keeping your files organised.
We heard from customers that the Print Driver is an important capability to easily “print” documents directly into a DocuSign envelope or template from the applications they use.
With this release, users can automatically login on start-up without re-entering their DocuSign credentials whenever the Print Driver is started, meaning reduced steps, and a more streamlined experience. Double win. We now also support large files so you can upload a wide variety of file types from your applications. That’s what we call a win-win-win.
