New Year, New Career: How to transition into the tech industry
As 2019 is now underway, some of your new years resolutions may be falling by the wayside!
If your flashy new gym membership is starting to lose its shine, or your new Pilates mat is already collecting dust in the garage, the good news is that you’re not alone! A recent study conducted by the ABC found that “only 8% of people achieve their new years resolutions.”
One new years resolution however that you shouldn’t let go of is your resolution to find a new job – and there’s no time like the present!
According to a recent article from Career Sidekick , late January and February are the best times to be looking for work. Generally, everyone has returned from holidays refreshed and ready to go. And all the key decision makers in the office together – a rarity throughout other periods of the year.
At DocuSign, this is by far our busiest time of the year for recruiting new staff. As our hiring plans for the coming year have just been released, we start looking closely at the market, to connect with talented professionals and scout for top performers for our list of new roles.
What if I don’t have the right experience?
The good news is that we have our Recruitment team ready and available for you to speak to in case you aren’t sure if you’re ready to take that next leap.
But what if DocuSign isn’t right for me?
Here at DocuSign, we place a great deal of importance on our staff's happiness, health and overall level of job satisfaction. We want to make sure that your next move really is the right one.
What if now really ISN’T the right time for me to move?
If you’re REALLY feeling those post-holiday blues during your first week back and aren’t ready to give up on your new years resolution just yet – give one of our recruiters a call today for a chat, or email them via the details below. They can talk you through our upcoming roles, where you could take your career from here and the amazing benefits of joining DocuSign.
