Changing your signature style or creating a signature in DocuSign is a great way to customize and personalize the signing process. DocuSign features a set of ten pre-defined signature styles to choose from. You can also draw your signature with a mouse to use in all of your signing sessions. When you sign for the first time in DocuSign, you're asked to adopt a signature, but this can be changed at any time.

To change your signature style or adopt a custom signature, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your DocuSign account, click the Profile Image, then click Preferences.
  2. Under Member Profile, click Manage Identity.
  3. Your current DocuSign signature is displayed. To change the signature style, click Edit.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Choose from one of the following options:

    • Select Style: Choose from ten pre-defined signature styles.
      1. Click to select the desired style.
      2. Click Adopt.
    • Draw: Use the mouse to draw your own signature.
      1. Click and hold within the Draw your signature box to draw the desired signature.
      2. Click and hold within the Draw your initials box to draw the desired initials.
      3. Click Adopt.

Your signature is now updated.
