The perfect partnership: Meet our award-winning DocuSign partners

Across the globe, DocuSign’s extensive partner community helps businesses large and small to simplify and streamline their agreement processes. Without our partners, we wouldn’t be the company we are today. It’s why we’re so delighted to recognise and reward some of our most valued partners.

We recently announced the winners of the inaugural DocuSign APAC Customer and Partner Awards. We received 32 nominations from outstanding partners across APAC. Now, we’re delighted to share a little more about our award-winning partners.

Partner Growth Award: InfoTrack

This award went to the partner whose increase in DocuSign product use made a significant contribution to revenue this past year. InfoTrack demonstrated great initiative during Covid to transform its own and others’ businesses.

As professionals transitioned to remote work, InfoTrack led the charge with digital transformation. The team empowered people with the right software, training and support, resulting in significant and ongoing growth for both InfoTrack and DocuSign.

It all started on 25 March 2020, when InfoTrack launched ‘Transition to e-Conveyancing COVID-19 Care Package’. Busy working professionals were offered complimentary access to key digital products until 15 June and, while it was initially offered as a critical solution to help businesses transition to remote work, the initiative had huge impacts into the longer term.

“By making the immediate welfare of our clients a priority in 2020, we have seen the same in-kind investment of those people into our company. Our client base has continued to finance essential technology within their firms, resulting in exponential growth for our business and in turn DocuSign,” said Kristy Lee Bullock, Head of Product at InfoTrack.

Customer Obsession Award: Microsoft

This award recognised the partner whose commitment to our joint customers exceeded all expectations to deliver a truly impactful business outcome. A Microsoft account team worked incredibly hard over two determined years with a large Public Sector customer to secure a big win – and subsequently won our award, too.

The project demonstrated how Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and IManage could be used along with DocuSign, to integrate workflows for all corporate and scientific research documentation.

Despite obstacles along the way, the account team was successful in persuading the client to sign with DocuSign and Microsoft.

Partner Impact Award: Morae Global

This award recognised the partner who showed a commitment to repairing gaps in the communities where they live and work. We’re delighted to recognise Morae Global, a solution provider for legal departments in organisations around the world.

Morae is passionate about helping to transform our world into a better place for all. To do this, they’ve steered key initiatives to build greater access to justice and improve diversity, equity and inclusion in the communities they live and work in.

In support of access to justice, Morae partnered with Anika Legal, an Australian head-quartered non-profit organisation which provides free legal assistance to those in need. They were key participants in the 2021 Run 4 Justice and Giving Day events, raising over $7000 in support of Anika Legal’s mission to bring access to justice to many people who cannot otherwise afford it. They were also involved in a virtual “Cupcakes for Justice” cooking class with Morae’s Allan Rees-Bevan, a former MasterChef TV contestant.

In support of DEI, Morae truly and authentically embraces inclusion, actively shaping its culture to be more equitable. For example, to celebrate Pride Month in 2021, the company hosted a virtual photo booth for employees around the world, with many employees publicly demonstrating their support.

Reseller of the Year: Intellectual Data

This award went to the reseller that consistently demonstrated their commitment to DocuSign across all areas of their business and target market. Intellectual Data, which has partnered with DocuSign since 2020, has been instrumental in building revenue and brand awareness for our platform in South Korea.

In 2021, Intellectual Data experienced a phenomenal growth in sales revenue compared to 2020. They also acquired 35 new Korean corporate accounts within a year– and expect the number of clients joining DocuSign to snowball on the back of these major accounts.

Intellectual Data’s secret lies in adding value to the DocuSign product through local sales and technical support. Its team has completed all training provided by DocuSign University, and is adept at helping clients with API integrations.

ISV Partner of the Year: SAP Asia Pacific & Japan

This award went to the ISV partner going above and beyond to use the integration between their product and DocuSign’s to enhance their customers’ user experience. To highlight this we’d like to congratulate SAP Asia Pacific & Japan, for a project with one of its customers, UnionBank Philippines.

SAP Signature Management was built for the bank using DocuSign eSignature, with a primary use case being corporate banking documents that need to be signed by corporations. Into the future, SAP expects to roll out SAP Signature Management to the bank’s subsidiaries and affiliates.

SI Partner of the Year: Spaulding Ridge

This award went to the SI partner that has continued to showcase their expertise with DocuSign products and services. Spaulding Ridge stood out as the ‘go-to’ partner for pre-sales assistance and implementation services for DocuSign CLM and eSignature.

Spaulding Ridge demonstrates a unique blend of deep DocuSign Agreement Cloud expertise, integration capabilities, and the ability to scope customer roadmaps and dissect large, complex customer RFPs. The company has successfully scaled across APAC and has been involved in high profile accounts across Australia, Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia.

Distributor of the Year: Ingram Micro Cloud

This award was presented to the distributor that has continued to showcase their expertise with DocuSign products and services. We selected Ingram Micro Cloud for this award because they continue to go from strength to strength with DocuSign in Asia Pacific. Ingram Micro has enabled DocuSign to open doors to new markets with their extensive book of resellers across the region.

Partner of the Year: Salesforce

This award went to our overall partner of the year, an organisation that went above and beyond to further their relationship with DocuSign in 2021. We were delighted to announce Salesforce as the winner, for its all-round dedication to partnership across many areas of the business including sales, marketing, customer success, operations and many more.
