Congrats to our 2022 APAC Customer and Partner Award winners

The results are in! We’re delighted to reveal the very worthy winners (and some extremely honourable mentions) in our inaugural DocuSign APAC Customer and Partner Awards.

The awards, which were announced today, recognise businesses that use DocuSign in innovative, interesting, or downright practical ways, as well as partners that add value to the DocuSign ecosystem.

As our Group VP and General Manager, APAC, Dan Bognar said, “The calibre of award submissions from both customers and partners was extremely high. It was incredible to see so many businesses embracing DocuSign and realising a great range of tangible benefits – from environmental gains, to streamlined operations and the transformation of the customer experience.”

Congratulations to these DocuSign customers

Our Enterprise Customer of the Year Award winner is ADCO Constructions, for the impressive work being done to digitally transform its entire organisation. As part of a 10-year strategy to identify, adopt and embrace modern ways of working, ADCO overhauled its contract management process for subcontractor and professional services agreements using DocuSign.

Shout out to Newcastle Permanent Building Society as an exceptional runner-up in this category. As one of its Brokers said, “NPBS has gone from one of the worst to the best in the business with the implementation of DocuSign.”

The winner of our Mid Market Customer of the Year Award is Colin Biggers & Paisley. The conveyancing practice has pioneered a market leading solution for the legal property market called CBP Exchange using DocuSign eSignature – removing the expense of producing and managing paper contracts, and delivering huge environmental benefits at the same time.

Our SMB Customer of the Year Award goes to Biz Solutions, for the way its DocuSign implementation has slashed their reliance on paper and accelerated delivery of an easy, user-friendly experience to its thousands of accounting clients. From tax returns to minutes and resolutions, Biz Solutions’ clients can now sign documents from anywhere, on any device.

The Emerging Small Business Award winner is McSweeney CA, which has gone completely paperless with DocuSign. Since making the switch, the business has saved 633 million kg of wood, 1.5 billion kg of carbon, 103 million kg of waste, and 15.5 billion litres of water.

Our DocuSign Champion Award goes to Tim Roberts, Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Tim is an extremely worthy winner of this inaugural award. He was instrumental in CBA’s rollout of DocuSign for commercial loans and in advocating for legislative change in the industry when it comes to wet ink signatures on deeds and mortgages. Thanks to Tim’s tireless work, CBA leads the industry in the use of eSignatures for commercial loans, with adoption above 90% for all loans across all segments nationally.

Finally, in the DocuSign Innovation Award, we’re delighted to announce Casey Hunt and the Paperless Home Loans Squad at Westpac NZ as the winner, for their groundbreaking adoption of DocuSign CLM as the key document template tool for all consumer lending agreements. The implementation – which was achieved at lightning speed to meet tight CCFA regulatory deadlines – has transformed both the employee and customer experience.

In this category, an honourable mention goes to Elders Rural Services Australia, for its “Seed Potato Order & Purchase Contact” project, which uses DocuSign to its full potential in creating an innovative and easy-to-use template for underwriting and planning potato seed production for the coming five years. Instead of lengthy to-ing and fro-ing with clients, the two-way order process is now online, easily accessible and much faster.

And high fives to these DocuSign partners

Congratulations to our Partner Growth Award winner, InfoTrack, whose sales made a significant contribution to revenue this past year. InfoTrack led the charge with digital transformation. The team empowered people with the right software, training and support, resulting in significant and ongoing growth for both InfoTrack and DocuSign.

Our Customer Obsession Award goes to Microsoft, whose commitment to a customer exceeded all expectations to deliver a truly impactful business outcome. A Microsoft account team worked incredibly hard over two years with a large government account to transform workflows using a range of Microsoft tools and, of course, DocuSign.

Morae Global is the worthy winner of our Partner Impact Award, for its work in repairing gaps in their local community by providing free legal assistance to those in need in partnership with Anika Legal, and actively working towards a more inclusive and diverse future.

Our Reseller of the Year Award goes to Intellectual Data, for consistently demonstrating their commitment to DocuSign across all areas of their business and target market. Intellectual Data, based in South Korea, has been instrumental in building revenue and brand awareness for our platform.

Our ISV Partner of the Year is SAP Asia Pacific and Japan for a project it worked on with a key customer, UnionBank Philipines, to implement an eSignature solution for corporate banking documents.

And our SI Partner of the Year is Spaulding Ridge, which stood out as the ‘go-to’ partner for pre-sales assistance and implementation services for DocuSign CLM and eSignature.

And, finally, huge congratulations to these partners for scooping our major awards:

  • Distributor of the Year: Ingram Micro Cloud
  • Partner of the Year: Salesforce
